although there are now variety of software in the world wide and which is not so tough to collect like dream weaver you can make website easily by this but you need to be make ur foundation good so you must learn and practise all this language when you are perfectly known those language then you use what u like to make a website but i suggest u that simply use ur computer note pad and practise and make webside with that after long run you need more and more knowldge.
